During Re:think 2011 I intereviewed about a dozen leading companies and people. Those videos are produced and I’m be integrating them into the site. The first one is with Converseon’s Rob Key. This one is with Netbase CMO Lisa Joy Rosner on their product and especially their “Brand Passion Index.” She has some really good examples concerning Coca-Cola Coke Zero and Listerine. That mouthwash, the subject of a netnography, raises a number of issues, like word meaning varying by context (“harsh” is actually good), and recognizing opportunities for new products.
